From the Castle, you can stop to explore the wineries of the Chianti Classico, the Brunello di Montalcino area, or the Nobile di Montepulciano region, take e-bike routes to discover old agricultural trails, and reach the most authentic villages of the Val di Chiana, which hold true gems of art and culture.

In our restaurant in Monte San Savino, near Arezzo, the cuisine is authentic, traditional Tuscan, made with simple and genuine ingredients carefully selected by the chef according to the season. Fresh pasta is homemade, and the meat, sourced from local farms, is grilled to perfection. Wines are chosen from the wineries along the Arezzo Wine Route, Chianti Classico, Montalcino, and Montepulciano regions, as well as other labels from Italy’s most renowned DOC and DOCG areas.
