Gargonza is the ideal place to organize team building events in Tuscany. Located in Monte San Savino near Arezzo, an easily accessible location in central Italy, 11 km from the Monte San Savino A1 exit, it offers meeting rooms of various sizes for corporate events, product launches, and team building.

The hamlet offers comfortable accommodations, full services such as breakfast, coffee breaks, business lunches, and gala dinners, as well as spacious meeting rooms for up to 120 people in a single room or in various rooms and outdoor spaces. Many ask us: can we organize even a one-day meeting without using the rooms? Indeed, while an overnight stay would be ideal to fully enjoy what Gargonza has to offer, we can host one-day meetings with use of the room, coffee breaks, and lunch at our restaurant. The exclusivity of the property allows for a full-for-empty buyout, thus having exclusive use of all the rooms and common areas inside and outside the hamlet.

What group experiences does Gargonza offer for companies? Gargonza is ideal for group retreats where participants have the opportunity to spend time together, work as a team, and get to know each other better during more informal moments. Group activities include team games, culinary team building, treasure hunts, CSI activities, the assault on the Castle, as well as activities related to a social purpose, or the construction of works for a social purpose from recycled materials.

The conference rooms, lounges, and meeting spaces are located within the village, as are the lounges and meeting spaces. For 250 years, Gargonza was a farming community dedicated to the typical products of our land. The agricultural outbuildings have been converted into meeting rooms of various sizes, suitable for both plenary and smaller gatherings.

Our plenary Olive Oil Mill Hall can accommodate up to 120 people in an auditorium style and is equipped with a large 400×300 cm screen with the option of a PC projector, flip charts, and air conditioning. The other smaller rooms accommodate 15-30 people and are located within the old olive oil mill in rooms adjacent to the plenary hall.

Gargonza has been for 250 years an agricultural community dedicated to the typical products of our land. From the agricultural outbuildings, meeting rooms of various sizes have been obtained, suitable for both plenary meetings and smaller meetings.

An agricultural community has therefore been replaced by a community that is no longer permanent, but by people who seek in Gargonza the place where they can recreate themselves in a community form for a specific purpose: the sharing of objectives, aggregation to get to know each other better.

In this regard we can take advantage of the 500 hectares of woodland on the estate for outdoor activities such as mountain bike rides, walking, horse riding, treasure hunts. In Gargonza we also organize cooking contest and culinary team building activities using our Tuscan recipes realized in our restaurant La Torre di Gargonza and our old wood-burning ovens.
