Castello di Gargonza is in the centre of three famous wine regions: the Chianti Classico, the Nobile di Montepulciano and the Brunello di Montalcino. You will have the chance to experience three wine tours where you will discover an authentic Tuscan hospitality, taste incredible wines and know about the story of the cellars, a typical Tuscan lunch is always part of the tour and so are the visits of smaller hilltop medieval villages full of history.

Wine Tour Prestige
You will discover the Nobile di Montepulciano and Brunello di Montalcino wines. Visit two cellars with a morning snack, wine tour of one winery in Montepulciano. Move then to Pienza for 45 minutes visit of this hilltop medieval village named after Pope Pio Piccolomini, with magnificent views over the Val d’Orcia (self visit), move to Brunello area for a tour of the cellar, wine tasting and lunch. Return to Gargonza in the afternoon
The tour departs from Gargonza at 10 am and you will return at 6,00 pm approximately. The tour is led by English speaking and certified drivers and includes wine tasting, lunch, transfer and vehicle expenses.
Wine tour Chianti Classico
You will leave Gargonza at 9,30 am and roll down the hills surrounding the village and enter the Chianti Classico wine region. A quick stop in Monteriggioni (a unique example of 11th century fortified village for a short visit. The first winery is near Monteriggioni and you will have a wine tour, tasting and lunch at the winery. In the afternoon you will reach another Chianti Classico area and visit the village of Castellina in Chianti, the area where most noble and elegant Chianti Classico are produced. Tour of the village and depart for a second winery with wine tour and wine tasting. Return to Gargonza in the afternoon.

Chianti Classico Wine Tour
Depart from Gargonza at 9:30 a.m. and descend through the hills surrounding the village to enter the Chianti Classico wine region.
- Brief stop in Monteriggioni, a unique example of an 11th-century fortified village, for a quick visit.
- The first winery is located near Monteriggioni, where you will have a wine tour, tasting and lunch at the winery.
- In the afternoon, you will reach another area of Chianti Classico and visit the village of Castellina in Chianti, known for producing the most noble and elegant Chianti Classico wines.
- Village tour and departure for a second winery with guided tour and tasting.
- Return to Gargonza in the afternoon.
