New Menu April & May 2021

We reopen and then here is the new menu! Tables out and well spaced, to welcome you to our Restaurant, with a rich menu and also gluten-free.

Hors d’oeuvres

Mixed cold cuts with mixed bruschetta’s and selection of cheese                              
Carrots flan with Parmigiano cheese fondue
Bruschette ai funghi, ai fegatini, salsiccia e provola, ai carciofi

First course

Pappardelle pasta with wild boar sauce
Homemade ravioli filled with quail with butter and aromatic herbs
Pici fatti a mano with fennel salami and tuscan pecorino cheese
Carnaroli risotto with asparagus

Second course

Sliced grilled beef with rosemary dressing and sautées vegetables
1/4 grilled chicken with roast potatoes
Stewed venison with potato purée
Braised pork ribs with white beans
