The studio is located inside the village facing a nice oak tree garden which overlooks a forest. It is a superior accommodation with a queen size matrimonial bed and a single extra bed.

In this house, Nello Maffei lived. His son Sabatino was a well know actor and folk singer and dancer. Sabatino also wrote funny rymes based on the life of the former inhabitans of the village. Canapino was also the house where many Gargonzini gathered. The first TV was set in Gargonza in this house on a high chair almost as an altar so that everybody could watch it!
